Generate entries for a file giving the contents of CDs created from a set of directories
Produce entries for a cd table-of-contents file. One
entry is printed for each directory argument. Each entry is in form
directory-name lowest-pic-number - highest-pic-number megabytes
(The total megabytes for one cd cannot exceed 703 megabytes.)
