Move all .jpg files from the current directory to subdirectories named by their month and day; for example ./ Jan01/,  ./Jan02 / ... 

The month and day are found by scanning the file for a string matching  20yy:mm:dd, where yy, mm, and dd are pairs of digits for year, month, and day. Typically this string is in the file's EXIF data.
