Copies to dest-dir selected pictures from the current directory. Picture ./nnnn.JPG is selected if ./pixtags.txt has a section starting with an unindented nnnn.JPG and that section includes (indented) the tag: Condition.Select.B-Maybe. (Such files are created by the Java project "Photos".)

The '-to' in the argument list is just a reminder that the next argument is a destination directory.
